All intellectual property rights related to ChemFine's proprietary formulations, processes, and business methods remain the exclusive property of ChemFine. Clients may not reverse-engineer, reproduce, or distribute our proprietary products without written consent.

Confidential information shared during business relationships shall be protected and not disclosed to third parties without prior written authorization.

Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the People's Republic of China. Any disputes arising from these terms or business relationships shall be resolved through:
